Retirement Plan Design & Administration
As businesses and individuals mature, it may become appropriate
to implement a retirement savings program. We are able to
analyze the business and it's employees to determine if a
retirement plan is appropriate and what type of plan will
best meet the needs of the client. We can assist in the design
and implementation of the retirement plan. We also provide
ongoing administrative services for defined contributions
plans, including the following:
- Calculations of annual plan contribution amounts
- Calculation of all required non-discrimination testing
- Preparation of Form 5500 and all relevant attachments
- Preparation of Participant Statements and Disclosure Information
- Preparation of Terminated Participant Election Forms
- Annual preparation of forms 1099R and 1096 when required
- Monthly, quarterly or annual plan accounting
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements
