Michael Lemme graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1986 and a Masters in Taxation in 1990. He has an emphasis in the area of international tax, tax planning for the sale of businesses, corporate mergers and reorganizations, state and local tax issues, tax planning for closely held business and their owners, tax research, Arizona Department of Revenue tax controversy issues and general tax matters.

Mr. Lemme is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Arizona Society of CPAs, Valley Estate Planners, and the Arizona Society of CPA's Tax Legislation Task Force for which he currently serves as Chairman. Michael has been with the firm since 1995.
