Diane Swanson received a Bachelor of Science in Management and Industrial Relations in 1981 from the University of Iowa. She has more than 20 years of experience in the pension area with a specialization in defined contribution plans, including 401(k) plans.

Ms. Swanson is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries, the National Institute of Pension Administrators and served as the President of the Phoenix Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefit Conference for the 2002-2004 year. Diane has been with the firm since 1996.
