Darlene D. Hagan, CPA is a shareholder in the firm. Ms. Hagan received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1977 and her Masters in Taxation in 1985 from Arizona State University.

Ms Hagan utilizes her extensive background in taxation in the area of estate and trust issues, particularly for closely held business and their owners. Other areas of expertise include real estate and construction.

Ms. Hagan is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Arizona Society of CPAs, International Association of Practising Accountants, Scottsdale Estate Planners, Estate Tax Study Group, Phoenix Current Tax Discussion Group, and Central Arizona Estate Planning Council.

She is currently a volunteer and Board member for and past treasurer of The Wildest Club in Town for The Phoenix Zoo. Always heavily involved in the community, she has served on the Arizona Club Board of Directors and the YWCA of Maricopa County Board of Directors. She has participated in Soroptimist International of Scottsdale, Valley Leadership, and the Phoenix Zoo Planned Giving Committee.
